About Catch One
Catch One: Youth Receivers Academy is where players go when they want to take their game to the next level. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, home to many of the nation's top football recruits and high school talent. Catch One is a youth football academy dedicated to the development of student athletes entering high school (ages 12 and up).

Our Mission
The mission of Catch One is to provide athletes with the best training and development opportunities available in the region, catering specifically to youth at the wide receiver position. As research suggests, the biggest physical and cognitive deficiency in players transitioning from middle school to high school is at the wide receiver position more than any other. We believe that if the athlete starts developing his/her skills during the early adolescence,
then the investment will allow their production to be vastly more visible than their peers who wait until years later to invest in development.
There are an overwhelming number of training services when searching for youth skill development. The difference between those services and our academy is that we not only strengthen motor skills but also life skills through football.
